"VILLA SILVESTRI" - TREMEZZO
In Portezza, a hamlet of Tremezzo, stands Villa Silvestri, one of the early works of the architect Pietro Lingeri built between 1929 and 1932.
Lingeri also took care of the definition of colors and furnishings. Villa Silvestri is characterized by openings on each of the three levels of the facade and at the time of construction, it was hailed as an example of modern architecture expertly inserted in the landscape.
